Marketing Strategy Coordinator

Aquent has an opportunity for a Marketing Strategy Coordinator at a top tier global Fortune 500 company. This is a 2-9 month temporary opportunity.

  •  Experience in marketing and communication with strong understanding of marketing concepts and beauty trends.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to gather and analyze competitive consumer marketing information and provide review, analysis and reports.
  • Must be able to support manager and team in the development of marketing briefs, tool kits and deliverables.
  • Must be self sufficient and able to prioritize with the ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive timelines.
  • Must be able to perform basic administrative tasks and general coordination activities - time reporting, organize meetings/calendars, manage miscellaneous team building events/off-site meetings and others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required to ensure clear communication to internal teams, regions and external partners.
  • Required proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.  Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Elements and Adobe Photoshop skills is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and navigate through systems used as part of the Corporate Brand Strategy team.
  • Must demonstrate a degree of assertiveness, be results-oriented, solution focused and possess good business judgment to effectively navigate through the ambiguity of the organization. 
  • Education : Associate or Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of marketing experience and 2 years of administrative or office management experience required.
