Marketing Strategist

Our client, a mid-sized Advertising Agency is seeking a Digital Strategist.

The digital strategist role is primarily to help inspire, develop and sell great digital creative
that is aligned to the overall campaign, strategic direction and business goals of their clients
business.

The primary role of this position will be to:

Lead the design of insight driven digital and content strategies (aligned to
brand strategies) from opportunity identification through to experience
definition

Partner with the creative team to help provide knowledge, strategic focus,
inspiration for innovation and digital expertise

Qualifications include:

• Experience with creating and defining business to business communication
plans

•Demonstrate an understanding of, and ability to articulate the strategic value of
digital and social media and its’ potential to impact on their clients business in order
to help build selling strategies

•Extreme knowledge about the digital and social media space and have an appetite
for exploring new technologies, trends and solutions

•Nimbleness- ability to move quickly

•Maturity- ability to speak 1 on 1 with clients

Expectations include:

•Have a passion for great creative and innovative ideas

•Have an ability to work closely with the creative teams

•Understand the value of creativity last great piece of creative

•Provide ideas on why and how consumers come back to a site/idea

•5 + years in a similar setting
