Marketing Strategist

This role will help define the company’s future direction by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, long-term growth strategy, and business development. The role will provide research and analytical support on cross-functional teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities, with particular emphasis on the developing markets growth agenda.

This person will:
• Uncover and structure complex business problems and opportunities which are of interest to senior leadership
• Collect, analyze and synthesize information to tackle the problem
• Deliver insightful recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner
• Lead key projects – across functions
• Build consensus and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders with disparate priorities from different parts of the organization
• Catalyze action against recommendations in a prompt, efficient manner
• Conduct analysis and assess implications of key market developments
• Become a go-to person for strong problems solving and analytical rigor
• Support global strategic planning efforts, both in process and content
• Support corporate presentation development (eg, Board presentations)
• Conduct analysis to support Business Development priorities for the company

Excellent opportunity for exposure to top leaders in the company. Expect frequent contact with strategy and finance leaders across the regions and global category teams. This role will work with key stakeholders on specific problems and require interaction with marketing & insights staff to discuss hypotheses and analyses.
