This Marketing Specialist is a key initial team member and will work very closely with the Creative, Operations, Strategy, and Analytics teams to ensure success and growth. Specifically, this position will initially service internal relationships. Specifically, managing existing CRM email test programs and building new ones.

Ideally this individual will have executed digital strategy, be knowledgeable in integrated marketing and capable of delivering flawless execution in the functional practice areas of email, site marketing, CRM, content-design, etc. Candidates should have a track record and proven experience in the interactive marketing discipline, professional services/consulting, and management of accounts.
• Support the strategy and marketing teams in bringing plans, contact strategies, journeys and campaigns to life
• Support the execution of pilots, tests and other proof of concepts to ensure success
• Develop a full understanding of the client’s objectives, challenges, opportunities, risks and needs, and recommending solutions to grow their business
• Have experience in email marketing specifically, including campaign management systems, reporting/analytics visibility, and testing
• Build and grow relationships with the client and key client stakeholders (including other agency and vendor partners) to develop confidence and satisfaction
• Collect and share best practices and learnings across agency client base
• Work closely with operations, creative and reporting/analytics teams to ensure all executions are strategically aligned, and client needs are met
