Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist for their Creative and Design, Marketing, & Business Development Departments. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and is a Temp-Perm opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing crucial support to the managers and the director of the Marketing & Business Development Department in support of the firm’s business development efforts, recruiting, professional development and internal firm communications.
- Providing project management and production coordination for the department’s communications and design projects.
- Working closely with vendors.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With:
- The production of print and web design projects.
- Coordination, editing, proof reading and assistance in the creation of electronic and print materials including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, pitch materials, invitations, newsletters, advertisements and event materials.
- Maintaining production schedules, project status and coordinating with the marketing staff and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of deliverables.
- Supporting and collaborating with creative teams in creating production ready files for both print and web.
- Experience with vendor relationships, production estimates, maintaining vendor database and processing invoices.
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience preferably in a professional, corporate or agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow creative direction.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Experience with the following software for the Mac and PC: MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- HTML knowledge a plus.
