Marketing Financial Operations Specialist

Job Profile:
We are looking for a talented finance and marketing operations manager that can manage complex global budgets and projects to support alliance pipeline and revenue goals. This individual will work with our global strategic alliance sales directors and marketing managers to manage all aspects of alliance budgeting, the purchase requisition process, document and invoice collection and processing. This role will also work closely with the corporate and regional teams to ensure projects are completed within timeframes and that deliverables and results are tracked based on the current process.

Candidates for this role should have a passion for finance operations, past experience with marketing analytics and reporting, a deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and advanced organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day finance operations for a global Alliance team, utilizing deep accounting knowledge and serving as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders
• Work with global and geography sales and marketing teams to manage end-to-end financial processes for all Alliance marketing and sales plans, to effectively monitor budget spend and execution of Alliance investments planned within timelines identified
• Work with internal Procurement and Accounts Payable teams and applicable Alliance counterparts to provide transparency to business on status of spend (SOWs, Purchase Orders and, invoices)
• Manage Alliance accrual process, working with business owners, Alliance, and corporate finance to book expenses as accruals for specific budgets
• Own pipeline tracking and results reporting collection across global Alliance programs, including analyzing variances to budget and forecast
• Collaborate with internal and offshore team in support of managing budget and procure-to-pay processes, and externally with Alliance contacts globally to ensure alignment and compliance
• Continually evaluate current processes and build efficiencies to improve planning and budget management
• Consistency to maintain Finance compliance policy as part of fiscal responsibilities
