JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an innovative, results-driven, passionate associate eCommerce Marketing Specialist. You will drive a number of activities like Event Merchandising across the site and project manage our Web Production team

Our customers are fanatical, passionate, knowledgeable, active fans of sports, concerts, and theater. You are too!

Primary Focus:

- Drive on-time delivery of projects and programs
- Assess projects to determine their progress against initial goals and make course
corrections as necessary
- Effectively communicate project or workload trade offs to Manager
- Proactively confront misaligned expectations and drive necessary communication to
bring all parties into alignment with minimal documentation
- Plan and execute site merchandising features and functionality to optimize conversion
for audience segments
- Ensure site appropriately communicates key messages, aligns with overall brand and
tone, and drives seasonal or category relevant initiatives
- Explore and define other key website-related initiatives that can impact long-term
company goals; propose business value and advocate for inclusion in product roadmap.
- Skilled in Presenting – can effectively communicate to middle management
- Provide up-to-date, accurate, meaningful reporting of project status, resource capacity

Other Responsibilities:

- Leverage quantitative analytics and usability data to optimize and enhance site activity, conversion behavior, customer retention and trends in order to reach and surpass KPI goals (using web analytics platforms and optimization tools such as TeaLeaf, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Discover, Test & Target, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Drive the development of customer-centric eCommerce enhancements to complement
the fan experience
- Maintain eCommerce best practices across the site; be an eCommerce best practices
expert within the company
- Work closely with technology, user experience and other groups to see new releases
through development process – from business requirements through release.
- Work with user experience, design and technology to best merchandise the range of
offerings available
- Apply proven track record in developing and driving measurable results for site
merchandising and eCommerce marketing initiatives


- 1-2 years of Merchandising & eCommerce experience
- Working understanding of HTML & CSS, (jQuery a plus)
- Self-starter and ability to execute on multiple projects and tasks.
- Project-based accountability, initiative, and follow-through.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive
targets and deadlines.
