Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone well-versed in traditional Marketing Communications and the skills that come with it: great communication, clear and effective writing, editing, creative conceptions, problem solving, campaign execution, and project management. You’ll work across an array of evolving communication channels and help us experiment with new ways to get a message out. You will gather metrics to help us understand how we’re doing and drive the value of using different channels at different times.

This candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm and a passion for collaboration and getting things done efficiently and with high quality. You’re comfortable contributing your ideas and insight to the creative process and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working tactically to execute. You work well independently and just as well across multiple teams supporting and project managing the implementation for global campaigns.

TOP 3 must-have skills for the ideal candidate:

a.) Project management- strong proven experience in managing timelines, execution details, stakeholder inputs and management. Competency with tools that make wrangling projects, sharing information and facilitating collaboration easier, such as SharePoint, Excel, various creative file formats, etc.
b.) Exceptional communications- written and oral / Attention to detail
c.) Obstacle remover – rolling out communications and assets globally, working with multiple stakeholders who all have their own processes, is not always straight-forward, but there’s almost always a way!
