Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in close partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead and act as a key partners.
This position executes the social campaigns and will oversee the performance of the paid search engine with the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social media campaigns in-house management and execution on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Works closely with community management team on internal campaigns execution.
• Creates POs and makes sure that budget is appropriately assigned to social platforms
• Provides reporting on weekly and monthly basis
• Acts as SME (subject matter expert) on paid social media
• Stays in tune with latest social and paid media tools, platforms, technologies, behaviors and trends to develop creative and innovative methods and marketing ideas
• Works with stakeholders to develop paid social media marketing activities to achieve business objectives across all B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Ensures campaign KPIs are met and targets are delivered
• PPC (pay per click) /search engine campaigns monitoring
- Coordinates SEM monthly reports across business and communicate results to essential parties
- Helps delivering on Search and Media strategy
- Coordinates status calls/meetings with the agency.
- Monitors media spend against POs
- Monitors campaign ongoing performance and optimization
Works closely with digital media lead and the other team members to ensure that all digital marketing initiatives executed are captured in the monthly communications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ work experience in online marketing with a successful track record in projects/campaign execution delivery on time and budget.
• Campaign execution experience in both, B2B and B2C environments
• Deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social platforms
• Competency in deriving insight and action through data analytics
• Experience in working with digital agencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Twitter/Facebook Ad management, AdWords, Web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills
• Demonstrated skills in reporting using different analytic tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities.
