Our Client is seeking an associate to join their Channel Marketing Circulation Team. We are currently seeking a candidate who is energetic, detail-oriented, fast learner and has a hard working personality. This person will be responsible for multiple projects that support the email, print and web marketing programs. They will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of specific tasks for our team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
•Participate in marketing project set up and execution which includes processing directions, testing and launching email, web and print campaigns; system training will be provided
•Ensures accurate, on-time execution of marketing campaigns, and assists in troubleshooting when required
•Reconcile and audit postage reports and campaign counts



Preferred:
•Adaptable, flexible, proactive professional style with ability to prioritize, navigate successfully in a cross functional/matrix environment and engage support functions as required to complete projects.
•Excellent time-management and project-management skills: this person will be constantly challenged to balance multiple initiatives/ projects/ tasks.
•Self-starter: this person will proactively identify key milestones of projects and generally will require little day-to-day supervision
•Overall, strong communication and interpersonal skills. This individual will interact with a variety of people, including cross-functional partners, external vendors and marketing managers
•Basic Access skills are a plus
•Marketing experience is a plus

Required:

•Organized and detail oriented

Shift hours – 40 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities
Using CMS and ACT systems (proprietary systems), programs selects for domestic marketing efforts such as direct mail print, email, and web for customer development and acquisition programs. Works closely with the online marketing team to understand the daily email plans so that the execution of the CMS programming for all email segmentation / offers modules are programmed accurately and timely. Assist the marketers with making selection criteria decisions based on knowledge of database and the marketing strategies. Conducts and validates pre-count audits. Troubleshoots issues to ensure timely resolution with both internal and external partners.

Develop data audits to validate data quality. Perform data queries and analysis of database. SIC Coding/Formatting, database hygiene cleanup, investigation of potential duplicate accounts/sites, appending missing data, and updating customer contact info.

Participates in circulation planning to develop select criteria, assuring the effort is produced according to Business Owner specifications. Creates tests for tracking and analysis of circulation performance. If necessary, creates custom lists from Access when criteria is not available in CMS. Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Coordinates the work flow between multiple departments and printers for mailing efforts. Documents all aspects of the effort, including selects, versioning and ink jetting. Makes recommendations to develop efficiencies and improve mailing lists.

Basic Excel skills required
Access skills a plus
