Contract opportunity with Fortune 500 Tech company based in Indianapolis


The Digital Marketing Services Web Content Specialist is responsible for working with marketing teams to develop and implement web-based marketing content and campaigns. The perfect candidate would have experience project managing a team of internal customers, planning, assisting with the designing & implementation of web content and online campaigns. Specifically, this position will be focused on supporting one business unit. Role will require cross-collaboration with internal customers as well as multiple vendors.


Key Responsibilities
Ability to understand client’s web content and campaign goals and to recommend appropriate web-based resources to meet their needs.
Proactively engage marketing campaign teams to provide direction and recommendations on content best practices and considerations.
Work with data analytics resources to ensure a proper analytics plan is in place for lifespan of campaign. Collaborate with analytics resource to summarize campaigns metrics around performance. 
Conduct client meetings and explain the results and make recommendations.
Understanding of web content production, assets that contribute to engaging web experience and how to use content and copy to unify the experience (visuals, written content, headlines, text links, captions, etc).
Hands-on creation of campaign microsites, landing pages and other relevant web-based content.

Skills & Attributes
Experience using content management systems. (Ektron)
Experience using Google Ad Words
Experience with analytic platforms (i.e. Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google, Webtrends)
Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with the ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
Hands on understanding of online marketing including search, display, mobile, video and social media  
Follow our visual brand guidelines, art direction, and collaborate with designers as necessary.
An inquiring mind with a strong desire to learn.
Skills in providing clear creative client direction and timely, helpful feedback to keep campaign work on budget and schedule.
3-5 years experience working with digital marketing and communications.


Basic Qualifications
Can juggle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
BFA/BA/BS in Marketing, Comm or related field. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Must be self-motivated and able to work on projects independently as well as with a team
Excellent communications skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for and implementing design within Content Management/Template Systems; specifically, Ektron
Basic understanding of HTML coding
Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders in a customer service-oriented environment
Must be flexible and able to think outside the box

Essential Functions
Ability to type
Ability to look at a computer monitor for extended periods of time
Ability to sit for at least 8 hours/mostly sedentary work
Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less
