Our Fortune 500 client in Toledo, OH is in need of a Marketing and Customer Program Specialist to join them for a long term assignment. The Marketing and Customer Program Specialist is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing programs for National Account customers on the Local marketing team. Additionally, our client has customer loyalty programs that have synergies with customer marketing initiatives that require marketing oversight to ensure proper usage of co-op funding. This position includes marketing and communications responsibilities for local marketing and customer programs that cross all business units and channels. The position interacts closely with our customers and marketing managers to ensure consistent customer messaging to align across all company organizations.

Successful candidates will have onsite professional experience working within a marketing or creative services department, supporting marketing/advertising campaigns.
Prior experience with customer loyalty programs, or co-op marketing campaigns is ideal. Must have strong organizational skills and work well with coordinating logistics (production, tradeshows, internal communications etc.).

Principle Accountabilities Include:
• Align with marketing managers’ to process incoming creative requests, marketing support or program/funding questions.
• Ensure the execution of materials and advertising comply with brand standards and align with business objectives and messaging.
• Key customer contact with day-to-day accountability with customers for marketing and communications support through email and customer portal.
• Interact with the Creative Services team to initiate Creative Brief and/or project detail. Respond back to clients in a timely manner on estimated project completion deadlines.

Requirements for the Position Include:
• Four year Degree in Marketing or Communications
• 2-4 years equivalent experience
• Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
