Aquent’s strategy and technology consulting firm client in the D.C. area is looking for a passionate and highly collaborative marketing specialist able to juggle multiple projects and priorities while providing concrete problem-solving in a fast-paces and dynamic environment. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate and drive results through a customer-centric and cutting-edge marketing strategy.

The Marketing Specialist specifically will:
• Define, deliver and optimize communication programs, campaigns and marketing deliverables to ensure end-user satisfaction and success via web content copy, social media, whitepapers, press releases and media alerts
• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing channels including creating and growing a digital presence as well as monitor respond to and communicate with online community and alliance partners
• Conceptualize, develop and enhance marketing initiatives
• Translate business strategies into initiatives that satisfy customers and position the client for substantial growth
• Function as a dynamic product owner in a highly collaborative environment
• Apply market analysis, user feedback, analytics, storytelling and marketing best practices while driving strategy and execution
• Assess, report on and optimize effective marketing plans, projects and campaigns

The Marketing Specialist must have:
• BS or BA degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in creating and analyzing channel performance reports, metrics and key performance indicators
• 4+ years of experience in managing 3rd party partners
• 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing and content creation
• 3+ years of experience in writing and storytelling
• 1+ years of experience in working with a technology startup, venture capital or leading digital agency
• Experience with analytics, web, mobile, email and social tools and best practices
• Experience with enterprise innovation
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and presentation skills
