Top retail company hiring a Marketing Specialist!

The Marketing Specialist (focus on Retention, Acquisition, Sales) will play an integral role in the management of the Continuity Business.
Core responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following key areas:

• Distributes weekly performance reporting to Director and other members of senior management, commenting on health of business, changes, adds, etc.
• Moves easily and comfortably between quantitative analytics and marketing creativity, with the ability to think strategically or tactically in different situations.
• Works directly with IT business partners, Operations and Customer Service in executing sku transitions and order management updates.
• Identifies opportunities to drive acquisition of new membership.
• Identifies and presents marketing opportunities to Director, then develops and executes internal campaign brief process with cross functional teams.
• Concepts & reviews revenue-generating email campaign that leverages key open-stock SKUs, opportunistic excess inventory and key product initiatives in collaboration with brand.
• Develops and maximizes visibility, functionality and productivity of dotcom retention pages and Infomercial Get Started page, tracking and analyzing key metrics.
• Responsible for the development of any/all relevant customer service training to ensure that front line is accurately representing benefits, requirements, etc.
• Manages Upgrade program at the call center level; ensure highest levels of customer service and evaluate enhancements to improve Upgrade volume and frequency improvements.
