Marketing Specialist

In this role you will help shape the brand and voice of the product and grow a loyal consumer base. You work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. The role enables you to shape the product development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy.
Be the user champion. Dig into what makes our users tick, conduct online and in-person studies, represent our users in meetings with a knowledge of who they are, what they care about and why they care.
Create beautiful, and helpful, communications paths and online user experiences for our small business customers all across the world.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams that include creative, engineering, sales and media teams to develop and execute content, messaging and communications strategies that bring product and customer experiences to life.

Duties include:
-Provide a creative vision for the development and implementation of flawless integrated advertising campaigns.
-Translate internal product strategies into user-friendly, benefit-driven stories.
-Meeting tight deadlines, with the ability to pivot and react to immediate company and project needs.
-Manage the full campaign development process, including: agency management; customer research; strategy and brief development; creative development; production; media planning; and media buying.
-Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage brand identity, creative expression and marketing campaigns.
-Analyze business opportunities and recommend marketing strategies and approaches.
