Marketing Specialist

Our Medical Practice client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support their Director of Marketing in the development and execution of regional practice marketing plans. This is an onsite Temp-Perm role.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Development of plans that include: Situational analysis (securing data by primary or secondary means); Analysis of demographics, volume, etc.; and Knowledge of marketing research and execution
• Development of marketing strategies including timeline, budget, and measurement tools
• Write, edit, produce content and assist in design/layout/web placement for corporate and practice marketing campaigns
• Provision of marketing guidance for office- and hospital-based practices, corporate marketing initiatives, and employee communications and internal departments/business units
• Management of outside vendors including advertising and design
• Planning and execution of clinical recruitment promotional efforts including ad design, direct marketing, collateral, and conference presence
• Travel as needed to coincide with marketing campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Bachelors in Business/Marketing preferred
• Five years minimum work experience
• Knowledge of health care, preferably with experience in hospitals or physicians’ practices
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge of Internet research, CRM and/or Salesforce is helpful
