Marketing Specialist

Implement marketing tactics to help meet marketing campaign and program goals and objectives. Tactics may include content development and channel marketing activities such as web page content, email, direct mail, digital/print advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.

Assist in developing strategic one to two-year marketing plans including detailed analysis of market segments, business trends and potential market opportunities.

Assist in identifying and developing effective promotional and sales tools and collateral marketing pieces and oversee their implementation. Oversee the coordination of marketing communications activities and plans using internal systems (MARS) and coordinate deployment with regional marketing partners.

Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, schedules and performance requirements for the assigned business unit(s) and project(s).

Assist in compiling, reporting out, and analyzing marketing metrics and dashboards.

Proactively seek out information on marketing and promotional trends along with competitive activity relevant to the assigned products and business units. Recommend and oversee the implementation of new or revised approaches to the current plan and strategy.

Required Skills:
Previous experience in marketing, marketing analysis or sales role including participating in market analysis and planning preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary.
Experience developing, implementing, tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns necessary.
