Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist you will work closely with the segment marketing manager to execute marketing initiatives against key consumer segments, liaise with creative agency and collaborate with other business owners to manage limited inventory. We're seeking a consumer marketer to help drive execution for consumer-marketing strategies that drive incremental purchase activity & revenue.

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the creation of a wide portfolio of onsite and email
marketing campaigns working with the Segment Owners, Marketing
Operations, Advertising agency, and other internal stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, including
email metrics and KPI’s, to test and learn new strategies for optimizing
campaign efficiency.
• Work with the project manager to manage the campaign calendar and
maximize use of the limited inventory of customer touch points.
• Work with consumer insights team to conduct consumer research where
applicable to understand customer behavior and needs.
• Manage the relationship with creative agencies and coordinate the entire
creative development process from writing brief to seeking approval from
different stakeholders.

Job Requirements
• Experienced in online marketing, proven by previous role at e-commerce
player or online marketing agency;
• At least 3-5 years experience in Financial Services, Online Payments,
Internet Marketing industries or similar combination.
• Proven track record of successfully executing consumer engagement
strategies.
• Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and constantly
changing environment
• Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to
detail and should possess strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to effectively influence others, particularly in other departments and
organizations
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members located across
North America.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be open & willing to travel, if required.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience in best-in-class consumer or financial services brands
highly desirable
• Proven success in managing B-to-C targeted communications
