Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the overall look and feel of our products at resellers including brick and mortar, online, indirect, large account resellers, and distributors. This role requires excellent cross-group leadership and communication skills. This is a key role in a fast paced, highly competitive business where merchandising excellence and superior marketing execution is paramount. You will have the opportunity to create and execute best of breed programs and promotions that maximize Retailer and Company benefit. A close working relationship with Sales and with Partners will determine success in this role.

Position Requirements
• MARKETING
Develop Account Level Marketing and Merchandising Plans
Work with Category Marketing on Quarterly Marketing Programs
Oversee online marketing execution and social media plans
Work with partners and agencies to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase Hardware Attach sales.
Build end-to-end implementation plans for retailer marketing activities, including goals and objectives, target audience, call to action, budget, measurement criteria, partner engagement approach, and sales readiness, and conducts and documents postmortems.
• OWNERSHIP
Own account collaboration, execution and integration between category management, sales and internal support teams (visual merch, field merch & training) to drive retail programs and execution around in-store presence, training, promotions, demo, and events.
Own the presence, engagement points and retail environment in-store and online.
• INFLUENCE
Appropriately prioritize and obtain the required agreements, investments or resources on key channel objectives to successfully implement corporate marketing strategies, plans, or programs.
• CROSS GROUP
Develop close working relationships with the account managers, category managers, retail services, partners, and most importantly the retailers in order to achieve positive business results and "win-win" outcomes.
Effectively work across our partners to bring to life our Retail plans.

3-5 years work related experience in a partner facing role preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Ability to work with cross-divisional teams. Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects. Marketing experience with high technology products preferred. Experience with Microsoft products preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
