Marketing Specialist

Aquent's client, a Fortune 500 multi-national tech company in Mountain View, CA, is looking for a well rounded and seasoned marketer to join the Create team and to help build out their Enterprise marketing strategy for 13+ months. This person will be integral in driving B2B volume via close partnership with other internal teams. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with enterprise go-to-market teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and consumer team to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines, and budget requirements. 
- Develop enterprise focused marketing strategy including target audience definition, product value proposition, hero messaging plus key claims and new pipeline opportunities. 
- Deliver on strategy alignment, briefing, design development, and execution x-channel by coordinating work across Product Marketing, Go-To-Market PMMs, Creative, Localization, and Development. 
- Add technical value directly to projects (as skills are developed) and support the team to move projects forward. 
- Occasional domestic travel to meet with Enterprise Partners (possibly one trip a quarter). 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with enterprise go-to-market teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and consumer team to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements. 
- Develop enterprise focused marketing strategy including target audience definition, product value proposition, hero messaging plus key claims and new pipeline opportunities.

- Add technical value directly to projects (as skills are developed) and support the team to move projects forward. 

Required Skills: 
- BA/BS degree (Any Field) or equivalent practical experience. 
- 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience. 
- Demonstrated experience managing product launches to key enterprise customers. 
- Demonstrated portfolio of campaign executions, written and verbal skills, as well as strong presentation skills. 

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: 
- B2C experience. 
- Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and tech work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances. 
- Exceptional collaboration skills - team focus in a high paced environment with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization. 
- Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. 
- Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with an enthusiastic and a positive attitude. 
- Strong cross-functional relationship management skills. 
- Experience working on complex campaigns/projects with multiple senior executive stakeholders 
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
