Marketing Specialist

Our Fortune 500 Healthcare client, based in Hartford County, CT is looking for an experienced Direct to Consumer Marketing Specialist to work a contract basis. The right candidate will support execution and delivery of Segment Marketing DTC Acquisitions & Retention Benefit Exchange and Technology Solutions Strategy.

Responsibilities
· Reviewing and routing B2B, B2B2C, and DTC marketing collateral; ensuring all feedback /requirements have been met before routing to the team for review/approval
· Represent the Segment Marketing Team to oversee microsite updates
· Update the marketing activity reports (weekly)
· Partner with Digital Analytics Team to ensure we have tracking in place for our marketing efforts and provide updates on key marketing metrics
· Support with development and updates to presentations used for external conferences and/or summits
· Work in partnership with Sponsorships & Events Team to develop and maintain PIX conference dashboard
· Support the Team in implementing internal PR campaigns and updating internal PIX communications (e.g. FUSE)
· Support with List Management: pulling and maintaining required data (e.g. client lists, client locations) for the teams participation in Acquisition and Engagement Efforts
· Support management and updates to marketing plan
· Facilitate calls with matrix partners with ability to document action items and proactively translate them into action
· Ability to understand the marketing plan, marketing tactics, marketing terminology, concepts and how they align to inform/ build out the strategy and what it takes to implement
