    The Marketing Specialist’s primary function is to support the team with day-to-day projects/departmental needs, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing materials, helping devise process and tracking mechanisms that enhance the department’s organization and productivity, assisting in development, tracking and re-capping of deals and working on ad hoc special projects
  • Work with team members in creating, developing and managing the portfolio of sales materials
  • Defining key brand attributes for all customer touch points
  • Create sponsorship decks and customized client decks
  • Identify, develop and execute opportunities by sport, property, event and partnership platform to assist in revenue generation
  • Act as the point person for Agency interaction on materials needed to ensure proper execution of added-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, editorial and research teams to develop impactful marketing solutions for partners and key initiatives
  • Assist in the development of campaign case studies and wrap-up reports
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, marketing, production, technology development, creative, legal, and product teams to execute sponsorships
  • Manage the approval and fulfillment process for sponsorships to ensure quality control and timely executions
  • Manage sponsorship tracking documents to ensure that the team is aware of inventory and asset availability
  • Work with Research to secure advertiser/category specific data for inclusion in proposals
