Aquent has an immediate need for a Marketing Specialist for a top-tier Fortune 500 company. This is a six month opportunity with a possibility of extension.

The Marketing Specialist will support the Associate Brand Mangers (ABMS), the Shopper Marketing Team Lead, and/or the Portfolio Marketing Director in the development and execution of business and marketing plans.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities (50% of Role)
Manages activities related to the day-to-day execution of Shopper Marketing plans in the C-store Channel …
• Manages execution of shopper marketing program development and tactical plans including:
- Finalizing Sales Materials as it relates to Menu-Marketing
- Interacts directly with Account Managers to resolve questions/issues
- Manages budgets through system inputs and manages accuracy of these inputs
- Aligns final approvals with Shopper Marketing Team Lead
• Knowledge management – ownership of master file/database (used for above)
• Supports Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager with the overall $20 M budget management and reconciliation

Other Principal Roles and Responsibilities – TBD (50% of Role)
• Assists Base Brand team in the management of business initiatives including project management and business analysis.
• Assists ABMs with day-to-day activities associated with maintaining the portfolio’s budget, including the review and approval of related expenses associated with portfolio marketing support (media, advertising, research, etc.).
• Performs special projects for Portfolio Director as assigned.
