Marketing Specialist

One of our Fortune 500 Financial clients is looking for a dynamic and savvy Marketing Specialist in their dynamic in-house advertising agency creating consumer facing marketing materials with a group of creative and strategic people. Working under the direction of an Account Executive, this position will be responsible for planning and executing focused or specialized direct marketing programs for the Personal Lines and Loans group.

Position responsibilities to include:
•Lead end-to-end on-time & on-budget project delivery, schedule/status – Campaign management: Create versioning grids, codes, legal comment resolution, routing, revising, proofing.
•Owns Internal team meetings, status documents and hot sheets
•Handles all internal resourcing
•Creates/updates schedules and provides to Account Manager to ensure current client collaboration
•Proactively track progress and manage schedule changes and risks and propose mitigation strategies
•Lead team meetings and ensure strong communication within agency and with WF clients
•Aligns and partners with Production as needed and manages project hand-off
•Ensures file prep and upload are according to standards
•Support traditional direct marketing campaigns from project request through execution
•Manage campaign information in Marketing Exchange (“ME” = campaign management/workflow tool), ensuring all approvals, etc. are in ME as well as campaign folders
•Establish campaign schedules and timelines and ensure deadlines are met, or when not, be able to elevate timing impacts to team.
•Manage relationships with IHA, Studio (capacity and prioritization), and line of business partners including Strategy, Product, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Intellectual Property, etc. to develop direct marketing materials (from creative kick-off to data audits to ).
•Manage and distribute updates to campaign calendars and creative matrices to appropriate internal business partners including Account Manager, Creative team and Production
•Provide ongoing update communications to the line of business and creative partners regarding creative development, issues, art file delivery, etc. These partners may include, but are not limited to, Account Manager, LOB (strategy and/or product), creative and studio designers, and traffic, proofing, production, and data team members.
•Ensure adherence to Brand, Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending, Intellectual Property and Privacy regulations and policies
•Responsible for proofing creative throughout the process and ensuring appropriate legal disclosures are used for products and versions
•`Provide detailed audit reviews of acquisition campaign materials including proofs, laser set-ups, data and ions resulting in seamless campaign execution

Required Qualifications
•3+ years of marketing experience

Desired Qualifications
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•A BS/BA degree or higher
•Budget management experience
•Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
•2+ years of digital marketing agency experience external agency or internal client agency
•Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
•4 + years of digital marketing experience

Other Desired Qualifications
•Experience with direct marketing campaign management execution
•Experience managing relationships with creative agencies, list/data and production partners
•Experience in direct response marketing and direct mail marketing programs
•Experience working with online Project Management tools
