Marketing Specialist

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
§ This position will provide GTM/International Marketing Team with marketing and administrative support.

§ Use of Marketing Project Management tool, Workfront Project Management Software. All creative jobs are produced and tracked in Workfront. Do not need previous WF experience, this is trainable.

§ Use of Digital Asset Management Tool, DropBox.

§ Respond to requests for marketing assets from our intl partners.

§ Interface with appropriate dept contacts to fulfill requests.

§ Monitor and distribute assets accordingly.

§ Gather Web assets weekly from Ecomm team. And distribute / post to asset management system (DropBox)

§ Route INTL marketing material approvals thru work front / functional marketing teams

§ Support communication and approval process of Outerwear and EQT product marketing projects.

§ Support development of marketing materials/presentations for corporate marketing meetings

§ Archive international marketing assets/presentations to shared server.

§ Supporting multiple projects in multiple locations

§ Ability to work in a fast pace, deadline driven environment and under stress of urgency.

§ Strong communication skills.

Project/Support Scenarios:
§ A new catalog for Japan market needs to be routed through our creative team; this person would help upload the artwork, route the project through Workfront and send communications to the teams.

§ There will be an Executive review of their S17 (Spring 2017) in store assets (marketing materials) will be presented to the Execs for global calendars. With Manager’s support, this person would help coordinate this review, event and communications.

§ We have a new PR Asset/look-book. Manager would work with this person to get that asset from the PR team, draft a communication to our partners and send it out.

§ Israel or Turkey request some product photography; This person may have to help find assets (pictures), upload them to the digital asset system;

§ Help identify and send out marketing assets for the different locations and departments.

Education/Experience Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, Public Relations or directly related.

§ Ideally 1 to 3 years of marketing experience

§ Will consider recent grads if they also have some marketing or advertising experience

§ They need someone who understands different types of marketing, advertising and social media advertising, website functionality, brand marketing is KEY!
