Our client, AAA game studio is seeking a Community Representative with a passion for war games and engaging with fans. Your primary role is to have a finger firmly on the pulse of the community, and actively be involved with communicating with our fans. You will work and live in the community every day, focusing on responding on behalf of the studio and talking to fans wherever they are across forums, Reddit, social media and more. You will work with the rest of the Community team to identify key opportunities and strategies to engage with the community, and report fan feedback directly into the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as public representative of the studio in online channels, working with the Community Team to provide a best-in-class relationship with our fans
- Provide excellent community support to players, customers and forum members through various channels such as forums, Reddit, messaging, emails and social media channels
- Demonstrate superior diplomacy and fairness to all community members
- Respond to the community with a level of urgency and in a fair, understanding and professional tone regardless of the issue at hand
- Share player feedback and sentiment with developers and other teams, including reports and data gathering
- Work with the development team to flag technical player issues and find solutions to communicate back to our fans
- Lead the Community Moderation team to protect the quality of the online game community
- Contribute to the Community Team’s plans, bringing your knowledge and insight from the community into everything we do
- Provide community focused editorial content for the game website
- Support the execution of global community engagement programs.
- Track, manage, prioritize and follow up on a high volume of issues simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience of working directly with a gaming community
- Experience communicating as a professional face of a fan-site, community group or business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passionate gamer possessing ample experience with shooter games, preferably the Gears of War franchise, its communities, and the gaming space in general.
- A devotion to consistently communicating with fans of a gaming franchise, including outside of core business hours
- An entrepreneurial mindset, consistently hungry to find ways to improve community communications and confidence to interact with hundreds of members throughout the studio when required
- Able to work extra hours and weekends as needed.
