Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a smart, highly-motivated, results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in this endeavor—someone with the willingness to support (and the ability to lead) a diverse range of traffic-driving and demand generation initiatives across a wide range of company-owned and external traffic channels channels.

The successful candidate will leverage excellent editorial skills, proven CMS and HTML experience, keen design savvy, and detailed eye for data to develop, launch, test, and report on market-leading awareness, education, and conversion-oriented programs touching all areas of the business. The ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress—is critical to success in this position.

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Computer Science and 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience with HTML, and CMS
Experience developing test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience developing high quality test strategies and test automation scripts.
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills and an ability to come up with creative solutions to impossible-to-solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to use hard data and metrics to prioritize projects
Strong bias for action and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
