Project manage and coordinate Public Sector Event Tour including media buys; coordinate, Worldwide Partner Conference track; Work with subsidiaries on national assurance communications. Additional responsibilities include; reporting, program management and administration, draft communications and newsletters, calendar, and customer communications. May maintain tool(s), manage vendor relationship. Key competencies include Event mgmt, Project mgmt, marketing communications, great writing skills, ideally very proficient in PowerPoint.

About the Team
• Enterprise and Partner Group Marketing– focus on commercial and public sector industry. They are the Public sector (education, government, health care, national security, city next). Manager’s focus is on cost initiatives (national plan) focuses on reaching out to government elites to tell stories (philanthropic endeavors). Tell partners what their visions are for coming years, focusing their partner’s efforts.
• Create a lot of BOMB materials. To help execute the above endeavors. Social media realms – global messages and their subsidiaries.
• Looking to do an empowerment tour, major companies they want to land their public sector endeavors. Tech and partner solutions.
• Empower tour is a new initiative that is kicking off in the September time frame. Need this person to help execute against this empowerment tour, digital and social media spend.

About the Role
• Helping to support the event with an agency with paid media. Working a lot run those activities with a corporate or subsidiary environment.
• Worldwide conference – with their partners. Have been paying different agencies to run and produce this event, but they are not getting the quality that a dedicated person would bring. 6-7 months of the year.
• There is going to be a lot of project management evolved as they take on building these multiple events
• Working with the stakeholders on their status of work stream and documenting that
• Working with subsidiaries on how the particular event is coming together –
• Working with agencies around social and paid media execution.
• Working with agencies for landing pages on website, social media channels, paid media is being executed
• Reporting and how their marketing efforts are generating the right about of engagement, online or event engagement.
• Could be doing some writing. Helping with writing to customer copies or working with the agencies to get them to write that copy.
• Editing content pieces, white papers, thought leadership.
• Be a part of a v team (working with sponsor a lot on a regular bases). V team for the two events.
• WW partner conference – v team partner leads.
• Work with tools: PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook, skype. There is a new event tool too.
• Events are between 3-8k people. WW partner conference 8-10k people. Not be bases in the us. Possible opportunity for travel.
• There is a training period – the launch is September, so their will a good amount of time to help get them ramped up during their planning period.

About You
• Focused on noble purpose (public sector), bigger idea is around helping make an impact on healthcare, education, public safety. Mission driven. Not so much selling their technology/product focus. IF they have a good understanding of the public sector, they are going to be able to make a pretty big impact
• Anyone who loves working on events, this will be right up their alley. Passionate about putting together and execution.

Required Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing
• Project management experience.
• Management experience of large scale events (i.e. 3-8k people)
• Marketing communications skills (working with agencies around media, social media execution, PR)
• Really proficient with PowerPoint and can produce gorgeous decks. Keynotes they can create.
• History of writing – could create social posts, messaging frameworks, whitepapers.
