You will be taking responsibility for ensuring the company brand is delivered consistently across all digital, social, print and sales channels. This role is supported by two direct reports who will assist with the execution of all marketing activities. As you will be liaising with various stakeholders and sales representatives, both internal and external, is it vital that you have strong communication and project management skills. You must be comfortable with a mix of digital and also more traditional marketing. Typical duties will include curating content, copy and creative from the internal design team and allocating workloads as required. Key experience/duties:
- Outstanding communication/project management skills
- Experience working to promote brand awareness / engagement
- Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral
- Curating / managing social media channels
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with SEM / SEO
- Managing newsletter production, supplier relationships & strategic partnerships
Brand management experience in a consumer-facing role is highly preferred, however there is support available for the right person. In terms of the right culture fit you must be a team player with the maturity to coach & mentor other members within the marketing team.
