Marketing Sales Coordinator

The Marketing Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing essential support for a team of sales account executives. Excellent organization, administrative and communication skills are critical, combined with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service to both internal and external partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SalesForce System (CRM) Administrator:
•Manage requests to delete programs/flights, add/delete users, password resets, account transfers and other change requests as needed
•Act as system liaison with internal technology partners for future improvements/changes
•Maintain/Update SalesForce training and onboard new team members as needed
•Develop and manage ad hoc reporting used to communicate to various internal teams as needed
•Develop/Maintain a clear process to archive & keep sales/education materials organized
•Update sales/education materials as needed (presentation decks, Master Product deck etc)

Mobile App Process support:
•Manage documentation of mobile packages/details sold by vendor and act as communication liaison to internal Mobile team (Master List)
•Contacting vendors to confirm/correct details related to their program commitment as necessary, as well as responding to any inquiries made by them regarding these details
•Potential: Manage mobile renewal package communications for middle tier vendors and send prospecting emails to new potential vendors

Financial Forecasting Process Support:
•Input, modify and manage program commitments into partner agreement system ensuring all information in entered according to finance/accounting requirements.
•Maintain sales records as a basis for team tracking and leadership communication. This may include preparing reports on sales by individual, sales by product line and/or sales by vendor.
•Maintain/Update executive reporting dashboards and own communication to team leaders
•Develop/Maintain SalesForce reports to support annual planning and monthly forecasts

Meeting Planning:
•Coordinate key sales events including internal team off-sites, external vendor facing meetings, partner meetings etc
•Update meetings, mailing lists, photos, org charts, etc
•May be assigned as needed and/or asked to manage temporary overflow of work from other teams
