We're looking for a Marketing Research Consultant with healthcare experience in Detroit, MI. This is a long-term contract role, 40 hours/week.

Consultant will be responsible for primary and secondary research activities that are directly related to the development, design, and administration of methods and procedures to assess stakeholder and consumer insights within the health care environment. Will also be responsible for research and insight pertaining to Customer Experience strategy, tactics and experience design.

Other duties include:

- Interpret and predict market trends derived from the collection, study, and analysis of data from corporate surveys, secondary research and market trends to evaluate existing and potential market opportunities.
- Know and utilize research techniques and methodologies to assess competitive threats and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with business partners and functional teams to infuse market research and insight into decision making.
- Communicate research findings to organization via reports, presentations, town-halls and via other communication vehicles.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of products, programs and strategies to leverage insight integration.
- Utilize primary and secondary research to assist in identifying best practices and opportunities for the corporation.
