Our client is a fortune-500 healthcare insurance firm known nationally and internationally. We are seeking a well-spoken, energetic Marketing Representative for a long term contract to hire opportunity. If you have background in the insurance industry and with Medicare, we'd love to hear from you!

Summary: Assist Medicare Group Account Executives in the sale and service of Medicare Group business through work with benefits administrators, union leads, Commercial sales reps, brokers, consultants and beneficiaries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Hone knowledge of Medicare Parts A and B, Medicare Supplements, & all other competitive Medicare options. Communicate comparison of benefit levels about IBC Medicare options to educate existing and potential customers. Must have sound, working knowledge of, & adhere to, all CMS/Medicare Marketing and Enrollment Guidelines.

Assist in servicing new/existing enrollees, & brokers face-to-face, via telephone and in writing, to establish & maintain business relationships & excellent customer service. Interface with Enrollment & Commercial Marketing Departments, as necessary, to assure timely resolution of issues.

Participate in Medicare sales reps’ sales, service & enrollment of Medicare business. Assist in the wholesale & retail sales process with brokers, sales reps & Medicare beneficiaries.

Coordinate sales meetings, & perform other duties, including facilitating use of audiovisual equipment, ensuring sufficient & accurate brochure supplies are on hand, etc. Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations using the approved presentation and visuals.

•Follow up in a timely manner with all inquiries from internal & external customers and prospects.

•Complete all tasks assigned in a timely & accurate manner & in accordance to approved Policies & Procedures, Desk Procedures, CMS & management requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly & monthly status reports, schedules, action plans, compliance actions & other tracking mechanisms. Attention to quality is always expected.
