Job Requirements:

• Supports various Marketing teams to develop test strategies, plans and procedures for internal testing to validate the accuracy of work before advertisements (radio, TV, print, digital, etc.) and direct mail campaigns are launched.
• Understands the loyalty database, backend processes, and frequent flyer program to provide support around the company’s needs to generate revenue, gain Customer insight and/or maintain the loyalty program’s competitiveness.
• Ability to understand QA processes and follow QA process guidelines, including a good knowledge system testing methodologies.
• Performs quality control on developed advertisements and direct marketing campaigns
• Develops testing process standards in order to streamline advertisement deliveries, email deployments, and report releases with a zero error rate.
• Coordinate with the various teams to review requirements and maintain the responsibility for developing the test strategy and test plans that ensure a holistic testing perspective and accounts for all aspects of quality.
• Write, maintain, review, and execute test procedures and test cases.
• Initiate and conduct test case/procedure reviews with the team to ensure tests are relevant and effective.


Experience:

• College degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional copy editing and proofreading of advertisements
• Exposure or training in advertising testing and support.
• Ad Agency Experience, preferred.
• Mass Communication/Marketing Experience, preferred.
• Familiar with Federal compliance/regulations, nice to have.

• Ability to function under stress, meets deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and work as a team player with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent organizational and writing skills. Must be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate and maintain high regard for confidential and sensitive information.
• Consequences of error carry a moderate risk to the organization.
• Must have knowledge of computer systems and software (Windows, Word, Excel, and the Internet).
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally by telephone and face to face.
• Assignments are received in task oriented terms. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency.
• Ensures that projects/tasks are completed on schedule following established procedures.
