Marketing Promotions Coordinator

  • Coordinate partner creative review process with internal stakeholders and communicate revisions/approval to partners and their creative agencies 
  • Coordinate creative asset process as it relates to partner platforms to ensure partners have access to the appropriate extranet sites and assets in order to successfully merchandise and market content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Accomplish routine marketing functions efficiently to meet deadlines 
  • Lead agenda development for partner calls/meetings, recaps next steps and follow up on take away actions as appropriate. 
  • Create and distribute weekly competitive landscape analysis of client storefronts 
  • Facilitate promotion communications for both New Release, TV and Catalog to partners 
  • Build and maintain living marketing documents by title/provider, including a comprehensive post-mortem marketing recap 
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions and be prepared to bring relevant and executable marketing plans by partner. As it relates to brand responsibilities distribute recap notes to all attendees after the meeting. 
  • Attend PMD meetings and brief members of the VOD/EHV Customer Marketing team who are unable to attend 
  • Provide budget support to partners, vendors and team: Process partner related invoices; request code creation for new projects; build budget documents as needed; track invoice payment status and support quarter and year-end accrual processes. 
  • Manage the merchandise ordering process including: budgeting, inventory management and communication to team members 
  • Maintain ongoing Customer Marketing partner distribution lists 
  • 2-4 years experience in Marketing or related area, preferably in the Entertainment, Film, or Television Industries. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and partners as required 
  • Strong work ethic with "Can-Do" attitude is a must; Team player with a strong focus on project management and driving results 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, handling several projects at once 
  • Use of good judgment, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point and Excel) and Keynote 
  • Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems 

Four-year College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Related Field
