Marketing Project Specialist

Candidate will assist the Integration Lead in the mapping, process and systematic work through of all activities related to the integration of multiple retail sales channel programs. Position will also contribute to improving and streamlining current operations practices, including product mix optimization, equipment management, major issue process resolution, and contract renewals.

Essential Functions

Assists with SC Operational activities of the channel related to the integration of legacy programs into a combined operating model
Manages contract renewals.
Performs re-launch and overall use adoption support for all sites.
Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned.


Assist in assessing the suitability of SCMS or other Automation for the sites slated for conversion.
Roll out corporate approved labeling and signage, and branding of Supply Center, including ensuring adequate levels of promotional material, sign-out sheets and other administrative materials as directed.


Assist in ensuring the proper mix of new products in the existing Supply Center footprint through alignment with current operational support teams.

Skills Skills Required:

Understands analytical, operational, marketing concepts with the ability to exercise judgment within generally defined procedures.
Predominately works on tasks/duties that are laid out by the Integration Lead using own business knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
Good organizational skills and prioritization capabilities with an ability to see a task through to completion and meet deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skill to provide appropriate information
Proven ability to see improvement opportunities and to set and meet aggressive objectives

Keywords
Education Education:
Requires a High school diploma.
Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field highly preferred.

Experience/Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, research & development or other related field.
