Marketing Project Specialist

Seeking a Marketing Project Specialist to join a major Pharmaceutical client for a long term contract opportunity. Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred! ON-SITE work, remote candidates need not apply.

· Act as Project Owner in oMAP for upcoming launch (example of projects – Visual Aid, Campaign, Non personal initiatives, Peer to peer decks), which would involve:
o Meetings with agencies to discuss milestones and submission timelines for oMAP-reviewed materials
o Moving projects forward in the oMAP electronic system as Project Owner
o Understand strategic objectives for each piece in order to perform preliminary review of oMAP comments and determine when review team comments need to be escalated to a brand director

· Congress support
o Coordination with logistics, Med/Ed, and CI agencies to ensure excellence in execution
o Reaching out to Medical Experts for scheduling 1:1 executive exchanges, etc
o Coordinate directly with admins to prepare for executive leadership attendance and finalize schedules, prepare bios/backgrounders

· Advisory board planning and execution
o Coordination with advisors – sending out invitations and consultant agreements
o Meetings with agencies for planning and excellence in execution from a logistics and content/strategy perspective

· Medical expert engagement strategy
o Assistance with coordination and communication with identified potential network sites to ensure launch readiness and collect paperwork; help with transition of workstream to Account Mangers upon hiring
o Assistance with forecasting analyses; help to determine target sites based on COE/Medical Expert profiling and forecasting output; assistance with sales alignment to targets

· Launch Management Team (LMT)
o Assistance as needed in preparation for regular LMT meetings, including collection and collation of individual functional plans
o Help with coordination of milestones across functional workstreams and help identify interdependencies, scenarios, and key decision points

· Help develop and drive the content /strategy for Peer to Peer education
o Develop speaker decks & review with external experts
o Set up virtual capabilities and integration with online channels

· Drive digital strategy
o Work closely with Digital team lead to develop assets and ensure on time deployment
o Omap project owner (ex – 3rd party partnerships and social)
