Our client’s Digital Customer Experience Testing team is looking for an experienced Web Analyst who can provide thought-leadership in web and mobile measurement, analytics and a/b testing across their web properties. This web analyst is a self-motivated individual who will oversee numerous aspects of digital analytics and reporting, and will be responsible for creating reports, analyzing data and putting together an actionable strategy to improve customer pain points and drive incremental revenue. The Web Analyst role is part of the strategic arm of the Digital Customer Experience Testing team. The Web Analyst will assist team and internal stakeholders in making informed decisions through data evidence from web optimization efforts and well produced analyses.

The daily responsibilities include:
• Creating detailed analytics and data reports for web optimization efforts
• Reviewing past test learnings and producing new strategic concepts that will create financial gains and improve customer experience.
• Working with global site teams and analyzing different data sets to discover local opportunities.
• Communicating with UX designers, domain leads (conversion experts), test managers who control test planning and execution.
• Collaborating on initial and final analyses with Domain Leads and other Analysts
• Analyze website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, product selection, profitability, visit segmentation, etc.
