Marketing Project Mgr / Process Mgr

Our client, a large healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager who combines Creative and Marketing knowledge with an analytical approach to evaluate and review their current processes and make improvements. The goal is to work with the core Marketing Communications and examine the tactical elements within the Marketing and Creative execution, while improving the processes that make it happen.
This consultant role will be tasked with evaluating the current procedures and team actions to ensure that there is coordination across all functions involved in the execution of print, digital, and other initiatives in this Direct to Consumer business. This includes:
Creating and maintaining planning tools / documents used to establish cross-functional responsibilities and assignments required to execute consumer marketing programs.
Following up across departments to understand any / all activities required to bring a program to market
Regularly updating management with recommendations for process improvements
Establishing any internal procedures and external support required to measure results for programs
Evolving existing processes to meet changing business demands
Implementing and optimizing standardized measurements around critical processes
Full appraisal of the business planning, marketing tactics and budgeting for the direct to consumer business. Specifically:

• Establish a more efficient process on various operational mailings.
• Define process for website to ensure accuracy of information.
• Reviewing collateral development process and making recommendations on how to be more efficient.
