Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day sales material needs across the commercial team
• Write creative briefs and direct internal and external creative agencies to update existing and develop new sales materials (from intent development to execution). Ensure work delivered is on-strategy, on-time and on-budget
• Manage work through internal processes, tracking jobs and associated budgets, collecting and documenting appropriate approvals from stakeholders (clients, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Manage the deal approval process, working with bankers and legal to collect and document client approval to use details of their transaction
• Assist in claim substantiation process for new claims used in sales materials
• Maintain listing of sales materials, updating quarterly/as needed
• Maintain and oversee all printed materials, ensuring ample inventory is available
• Ensure brand standards are met (and drive consistency) in all marketing materials across the commercial bank
• Manage status report of all current projects and key dates
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders as needed to deliver on marketing creative requests, including business partners, project managers, creative teams, legal, etc.
• Initiate recommendations and share new ideas to improve the existing sales collateral and associated processes

Required Experience:
• 4-year college degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant major
• Strong project management skills
• Experience writing creative briefs and directing agency work
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience in an organizational role, preferably in a fast-paced, marketing or agency environment managing multiple projects for multiple customers/ accounts
• Background developing sales support materials in traditional paper and digital formats for use across marketing channels
• Effective communication skills with strong writing and presentation abilities
• Financial marketing experience
• Experience in the commercial banking industry and/or B2B marketing
• Ability to navigate through complex processes to get things done

Technical Knowledge:
• MS Word - 3+, MS PowerPoint, Acrobat - 1 +, MS Excel - 3+
