Marketing Project Manager

Join the Global Marketing production team for a Fortune 500 financial client in Manhattan! This is an open-ended contract role for an experienced marketing professional.

In this role you will support Marketing Strategy, Execution, external designers, print and multimedia agencies, to deliver marketing solutions across channels (90% digital / 10% print).

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Monitor workflow around all jobs: production process, proof reading all materials, ensuring print quality and completion to schedule.
• Client e-marketing communications: Support in the production of emails, content marketing delivery (video production, editorial coordination, infographic development, etc), proof reading, L&C approvals, publishing of files.
• Generate generate reports which track metrics around client emails, press releases, etc.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance/Intellectual Property teams to navigate the correct approvals.
• Advertisement production, booking and L&C approvals.
• Updating and maintaining fact sheets (L&C approvals, copy changes and print production).
• Assist with content updates on microsites and web page.

Other Responsibilities:
• Partnering with International Business Marketing Strategy
• Partnering with International Business Marketing Execution
• Brand Guardianship: ensure correct / consistent corporate design across materials
• Competitor analysis

Required Skills:
• 3+ years marketing execution and coordination experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter: takes initiative and willing to see a project through start to finish
• Excellent project management skills; ability to coordinate across business groups and geographies
• Self-motivated team player – be flexible and creative in their approach to projects and client needs, adopt a positive approach to working as part of a team and independently, and have an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude with delivering/working under pressure
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing projects and working within/maintaining budgets
• Experience in sourcing suppliers and vendor management

Additional Desired Skills:
• Experience/knowledge of financial services marketing communications (desirable)
