This position will manage projects for a team working on a variety of ExtraCare projects primarily related to email, direct mail and customer segmentation. The project manager will report to a Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate directly with the whole project team. The focus will be on project management, process design and implementation. The responsibilities include development & management of production calendars to drive timely completion of projects; quality verification and problem solve as needed; assessment of process efficiencies for execution of marketing campaigns (primarily email and direct mail); defining improvement opportunities and being a leader of change. As a key member of the Loyalty & Personalization team, this position will be collaborating with many different internal departments (e.g., Creative, Marketing, Insights & Analytics) and external/agency partners (e.g. Email Service Provider, Data & Analytics).
This Project Manager’s primary responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
1. Develop and maintain task & project schedules, including key milestones and dependencies
2. Manage project communication, trouble-shooting and problem solving, including quality control, workflow analysis, data movement, task prioritization and risk mitigation
3. Collaborate with a variety of departments and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that maximize efficiency and effectiveness
4. Lead daily/weekly status meetings with the working project team
