Marketing Project Manager

A hospitality and travel company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting the week of 9/14/15. This is an onsite 40 hour/week job in San Francisco.

The PM will be responsible for all operations associated with production of marketing assets and driving the planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of online and print marketing assets, including but not limited to, emails, landing pages, marketing collateral, event/tradeshow signage, corporate presentations, videos, and other special projects from kickoff to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relations
• Act as the strategic partner/Account Manager to the internal clients and processes all project requests into the project managements system and through to the Creative Services Team
• Manage the Creative Brief process and capture all required information necessary for each project
• Lead project kick-off meetings with internal clients 1x/month and weekly client touch base meetings and daily touch bases as needed

Project Creation and Set Up
• Traffic all projects from start to finish and review work orders to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Build detailed timelines for each project from kickoff through final delivery, including key milestones and delivery dates
• Run daily production meeting
• Manage internal routing of all concepts, layouts, artwork and digital proofs for review

MUST-HAVES:
• BA/BS Degree
• 3+ years experience servicing clients as part of an agency in a PM role, or equivalent experience in account management, trafficking or production
• Proficiency in MS Office and content management systems
• Requires working knowledge of project management tools/methodologies; AtTask/Workfront and/or Basecamp a plus
