Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level business priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. In the second half of 2015, this top tech company is launching new features and expanding into new cities. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for keeping the team focused on the key launch deliverables and timelines and ensuring alignment with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
*Build out marketing plans based on product launches or strategic initiatives and work cross functionally to ensure alignment with outbound marketing and PR campaigns.
*Build and maintain strategy decks, campaign calendars and launch trackers on multiple marketing projects
*Identify and articulate the technical dependencies of the Marketing team to refine campaign tracking and targeting capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:
*BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
*3+ years relevant work experience, including experience at a leading consulting firm, investment bank or a Fortune 500/high growth company.
*Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
*3+ years of relevant work experience in retail, e-commerce and and/or early stage companies.
*Solid project management experience - a track record of effectively delivering large-scale strategic projects in a fast-moving environment.
*Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
*Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.
*Ability to operate in a dynamic startup culture
