Marketing Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the total program timeline, proactively managing development processes through all critical milestones. The role will act as a single point of contact for 50+ cross-functional partners; requires an understanding of the total program vision yet strong attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and effective meeting facilitation; exceptional organizational skills; and the ability to identify process refinement/implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Marketing Director in total program development, including mapping out key milestones, setting up and facilitating cross-functional meetings, documenting key decisions, circulating meeting notes, actioning deliverables for marketing/marketing operations, following up with relevant stakeholders, etc
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to understand critical functional milestones in order to adjust/maintain/distribute milestone calendars with accelerated yet realistic timelines
• Support traffic and production partners in development of all relevant marketing materials, including print, digital, social, email, etc., as well as key technical initiatives that support the total program. Proactively “connect the dots” on an ongoing basis to ensure all teams have access to the latest and greatest information
• Continually identify process improvement/ efficiency opportunities
• Mitigate risk by anticipating issues before they arise and notifying relevant parties


QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6 years experience in project management related position, retail or agency preferred experience preferred
o College degree preferred
o Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
o Understanding of basic marketing development processes (ex. collateral development, web development, etc) is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
o Experience influencing numerous cross-functional partners
o Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of associates and executives
o Comfortable driving to resolution/decisions when getting conflicting direction from partners or leaders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
o Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Comfortable adapting /dealing with constant change
o Capacity to manage multiple and competing demands/projects and deliver against aggressive goals
o Rigorous attention to detail
• Creative thinker/think outside the box
• Some travel to NYC may be required (max 1-2 days per month)
