Marketing Project Manager

Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Project Manager to work with them on a variety of projects in their fast-paced Direct-to-Consumer team. As they head into their busiest season, this 3-month contract role will be working on a variety of projects that will help to prepare the marketing materials in support of their campaigns.

Responsibilities:

-Preparing retail store Ad templates by working with Marketing Communication teams to design simple flyers/posters
-Working with the Web team to bring project needs so they can create web pages to showcase the stores with preferred cost share and the value add discounts/coupons.
-Coordinating with external pharmacy stores to get their store site links for use on our client’s site - and their coupon/discount site.
-Campaign tracking - set up a reporting process in Excel and gather data weekly for campaign results. Work with Call Center on Campaign tracking, scripts and other specific campaigns.
-Delivering retention campaign analysis of need through coordination of mailing, call center support, and campaign spend and results tracking.
-Organizing inventory and updating 2014 Preferred pharmacy materials and updating materials to add a new preferred pharmacy.
-Adjusting materials to update information and coordinating announcements on the web.
-Coordinating script revisions, campaign phone number tracking and training materials to support call center.
-Collecting plan materials for distribution to consumers, this may involve conferences and event both support.
-Coordinating the updating of messaging to refresh sales presentations
-Coordinating with both Legal and Compliance teams to review and ensure materials are ready to be filed
-Coordinating the distribution of marketing materials online and in print, as needed.
-Assisting with monthly campaign drops by reviewing data and proofing materials
-Coordinating compliance reviews and filing support to ensure deadlines are met
-Assisting in revamping campaign materials for 2015 plan year messaging, coordination and working with the Marketing Communications team to design materials
-As-needed support for new "Grass Roots" client campaigns that pop up
