Marketing Project Manager

Working with the Creative Management Team (in the credit card group), you will be the single point of contact for customer communications (for Balance Transfer initiatives) and disseminate and manage revisions and requirements as well as partner with internal cross-functional teams. The Creative Management Team drives implementation ensuring all marketing communications meet legal and regulatory requirements. You and the team are responsible for implementing the most optimal execution of the communication. This position reports to the VP Marketing Manager in the Existing Card Member Creative Management department.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end routing execution process, with emphasis on execution
o 50% - reviewing, auditing, proofing and cross checking various documents (requires strong attention to detail)
o 25% - compiling various campaign components for internal/external routing
o 25% - administrative: calendar/schedules/timelines, meetings
• Aggregate multiple documents to compile creative routing materials for legal approval
• Use Excel as primary tool for managing and organizing multiple product campaigns and variables
• Use Adobe Acrobat to create and edit PDFS for routing creative templates
• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Work on multiple programs simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules
• Provide status updates and escalate issues for discussion as appropriate
• Secure required approvals from various teams
• Audit and proof documents before deploying to ensure accurate and timely program execution
• Manage multiple technologies e.g. web based applications and automated workflow systems to review and approve communications
• Ensure quality execution of all campaigns and adherence to Corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements and departmental procedures
Required Skills:
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Acrobat to execute and manage deliverables
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to see the big picture, connect the dots and use sound judgment
• Strong program and project management skills, managing multiple tasks over the course of several projects with changing priorities, overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automated workflow systems and technology applications
