Marketing Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to work within their Marketing team on a rebranding project. We are seeking a resource to start immediately and help out for the next month, and possibly longer depending on workload.

Working closely with in house marketing and creative staffs, this position is responsible for ensuring that various types of internal and external marketing communications are rebranded, produced and distributed in a timely manner. Working from an existing plan, this Project Manager, will work independently, alongside other Project Managers to ensure printed collateral, websites and digital assets are updated to reflect current branding. The impact of this position is in ensuring effective and efficient delivery of consistent and rebranded communication to the various audiences, in keeping with overall brand standards so that all efforts help improve the company’s ability to stand out in the marketplace.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all assigned projects from beginning to end through established workflow processes
Work within project estimates and timelines for all projects to keep creative on track and follow a timeline for deliverables
• Primary point of contact for client and creative team on all assigned projects
• Seek consultation, when needed, with internal and external partners/vendors to inform the project team and the client with information needed to make decisions on project direction
• Track and report project status
• Track schedules to ensure on time delivery
• Utilize schedule management to foster collaboration between writers and designers as projects require
• Help writing and design team members prioritize projects in queue
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts to update materials as needed
