Marketing Project Manager

In this role, you will be supporting the execution and management of marketing communications plans and tactics supporting the client’s Global Accounts business. The role is part of the Account Management team and works in close partnership with the Marketing Strategy group, as well as Sales, Creative Services, Internal Communications and other executives to ensure flawless delivery of marketing programs on time. You will help drive success by understanding the Marketing objectives. Along with your team, you will recommend new, creative and differentiating marketing communications tactics, recognize opportunities to improve message consistency and identify opportunities to reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timely and effective development and execution of marketing communication plans and tactics.
• Formulate strategies and tactics that convey the most effective market messaging to target audiences and clearly defining and positioning the company, its programs and services.
• Work with partners to develop messaging and customize presentations and other materials to customer-specific needs.
• Develop creative briefs and partners with Creative Services to obtain production schedules, budget estimates and work with copywriters, designers, illustrators and creative vendors
• Secure final sign-off from subject-matter experts, project owners and legal/compliance team
• Ensure plan execution stays within designated budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide ongoing project updates to management and internal clients
• Support critical opportunities to communicate to internal audiences and provide editing/review to ensure consistency of messaging.
