Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is looking for a project manager to help them out for about 3 months to work with their very busy branding department. They have a variety of projects that they will need someone with strong marketing and branding knowledge to jump in on. Responsibilities to include:

Track status of new creative items to ensure proper steps are taken to review projects within Brand, Marketing and legal/Compliance. Work with the agency of record to manage expectations and oversee deliverables. Work to complete communications pieces such as flyers and PDF files.

Support rollout to Sales of new creative items Align with overall project delivery dates. Identify key points of contact within the Sales organizations. Ensure sufficient previews to leadership, Marketing Communications and Segment Marketing points of contact. Determine key selling points, possible applications for each new creative tool.

Support internal communications team as needed to ensure brand rollout across the domestic organization. Track delivery of memos, blogs, announcements as prepared by Creative Services, EE Communications team. Ensure delivery of key employee materials

Meeting management Track agendas, prepare meeting notes to key working groups. Work through monthly report to continue to move projects forward and track the deliverables of the team

Attend weekly meetings with the social committee that need to be reviewed and moved forward.

General project management and special events coordination

Support follow up work with eCompany, the trinkets vendor.
