The Manager, Project Management, will be responsible for the overall project management of our clients rebranding project, which includes the rebranding of the Institutional business.

Must have strong agency or corporate(financial services preferred) experience

As a member of the Rebranding team, this individual will support the rebranding initiative across all of our audiences: employees, individual investors, investment professionals, (Financial Advisors, Broker/Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, etc.) and institutional clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Achieves goal of delivering rebranding project components on time, on budget and in an extremely organized manner through high quality project management
• Ensures project management best practices and manages project documentation: project plan, weekly project presentations, organizes and runs weekly cross-functional key stakeholder project meeting, risk monitoring report, change requests and resource plan
• Manages all aspects of the projects: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, communication, team and cross-functional relationships (internal and external) on a daily basis
• Provides scheduling, facilitation and post-meeting summary of project-related meetings
• Actively monitors projects to prepare for unexpected events and identifies corrective actions when needed (i.e. slippages, risk mitigation, etc)
• Collaborates with teams on Content, Digital/Web, Social, Analytics, Web Development, Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Fulfillment, Legal Services, 3rd-party agencies and vendors, etc.
• Exhibits strong time management skills in order to handle multiple streams of activities simultaneously and is extremely well-organized.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor in pressured situations.
• Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills
• Is highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
